All products are to be shipped using UPS or US postal. If you would like us to ship your purchase using another carrier please contact us ahead of time. We will not be shipping overseas due to the increase in fraud. We will only be shipping our products within the United Sates. Stickers will be sent reqular mail. FREE / FLAT RATE SHIPPING ?
Free / Flate Rate shipping will be sent by standard ground. If you would like it faster contact us ahead of time to set that up if any other fees required we will notify you upon that time.
NOTE: Please allow approximately 4 - 6 weeks from the date of purchase to recieved the item bought from this store. Free shipping is to be always mailed out standard economy UPS unless otherwise stated or requested. In these cases just contact us. Thanx
Returns?
You may return most merchandise within 30 days of the original invoice date. Certain products may not be returned for any reason, including wear or tear on skateboards or any washed or worn apparel item. Before returning any item to us please give us a heads up and email us. Thanx
My item is unopened and unused?
Unopened and unused products returned for credit to your credit card will be subject to a 7% restocking fee. Merchandise must be returned complete with all the original manufacturer's packaging, manual(s), blank warranty cards, miscellaneous parts and accessories. Incomplete returns will be subject to additional charges at our discretion.
Unopened and unused products returned for in-store credit (issued in the form of a gift certificate) will not be subject to the 7% restocking fee. However, merchandise must still be returned complete with all the original manufacturer's packaging, manual(s), blank warranty cards, miscellaneous parts and accessories. Incomplete returns will be subject to additional charges at our discretion.
Do not use the item's packaging as the shipping box; any item returned with damaged packaging or markings on the item's box will be subject to additional restocking fees at our discretion.
Open or used products returned to GhettoStarSkateboards.com will be subject to a restocking fee to be determined upon receipt us. This restocking fee will vary depending on the condition of the returned merchandise. Merchandise that has been used and/or shows signs of wear and tear will be subject to a 7-80% restocking fee. Use is defined as any attempts to install, fire, wear, wash, or ride. Please feel free to email us about any concerns you have.
How do i return an item?
If you need to return something to us, you must email us first at info@ghettostarskateboards.com for your Return Authorization number. Returns received without an RA number can be delayed several days. If we are unable to determine whom the item belongs to, it will be returned to the sender.
How do i exchange a product?
GhettoStarSkateboards.com will automatically issue a credit for all items returned. If you wish to exchange the product you received for a different product, we will gladly place a new order for the replacement product for you. You then have two options for exchanging: we can either charge the new order and ship out the replacement item immediately-we would then credit you for the returned item once it arrives in our warehouse. You can also request that we hold the replacement order for you until the returned product arrives. If you choose this option, your card will be credited for the returned product and charged for the replacement product on the same day. If we have shipped you the correct item and you are returning it for exchange, you will be responsible for shipping charges. Please email us at info@ghettostarskateboards.com before returning any items so we can issue you a return authorization number.
If we have shipped you the incorrect item, we will credit you for return shipping that you pay up to $6.99. For larger items that are more expensive to ship to us, the expenses over $6.99 will be issued in the form of an GhettoStarSkateboards.com gift certificate.
